A holistic approach to wellness through dance, pilates, yoga, movement and massage.
Siobhan entered the world of wellness as a Personal Trainer in 2012 while completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at The Queensland University of Technology. Siobhan gained her Personal Training Certificate through the Australian Institute of Fitness, where she received the Institute Champion Award for excellence in all areas of her Master Trainer Program.
She was then mentored at Vision Personal Training and became a well loved trainer there before moving back to Hong Kong in 2013 to pursue her career in dance and fitness. Siobhan worked as a Personal Trainer at Fitness Compass while completing her Mat Pilates Training through Polestar Pilates and building her dance portfolio.
In 2014, Siobhan took her CrossFit level one course and began teaching part-time at CrossFit Typhoon in order to split her time more evenly between fitness and dance. In 2015, Siobhan did her 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training with All Yoga Thailand followed by her 100hr teacher training in Yin Yoga in 2016. She then took on a full time role with Bouncelimit as a rebounding instructor, managing new trainers and writing courses and programmes.
Being raised in Hong Kong of Irish and Chinese descent, Siobhan attended Marymount Primary School and ESF West Island Secondary School where she was on the swimming and athletics team. Siobhan began ballet at the age of three and tap dance at the age of seven. Siobhan attended Lynne Ballet School and received tap training from Lynne Evans, Jamie Chung and Mandy Petty.
Siobhan did multiple performances with the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation, which she later came back to choreograph and lead workshops for. Siobhan was also a part of the Gifted Young Dancer Programme at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts from 14 - 18 years of age and later returned to coach students in dance fitness. In 2017, Siobhan became the Artistic Director and Lead Performer of I Am Concepts in Asia performing around the world till 2019.
Siobhan’s calling to help people heal themselves through movement, breathing and connecting within has become very strong, and is now where her focus lies. She has spent 2018 - 2020 developing her skills in this area, receiving Reiki Master Training, Lomi Lomi Massage Level 1 & 2 Training and developing Intuitive Movement Workshops.

"I have been working with Siobhan since January 2013. She was first my personal trainer and then when she left her company, she became my Pilates trainer. I have never joined a gym in Hong Kong. Instead, Siobhan has been coming over to my house once a week in the morning and training me. She always asks me at the beginning of each session how my body is feeling and then tailors the session to my needs of the day. Siobhan is constantly bettering herself, attending workshops and getting new qualifications. Whenever she learns something new, she cannot wait to teach it to me and incorporate it into our workout. I invite clients who respect the time, energy, heart and nourishment I put into their growth and development.
Payments are to be made in full prior to the start of the session via bank transfer, payme or cash.
5 packs are to be completed within 3 months.
10 packs are to be completed within 5 months.
12 hours notice is required for cancellations and reschedules.
Any cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the session will be fully charged.
Work hours 8am - 6pm
Tuesdays and Sundays off.
